Planning remotely, without the stress

  • One point of contact in India. A planner or concierge handles venue calls during IST business hours.
  • Insist on live video recces of the actual function spaces at the time of day your event happens.
  • Get every inclusion in writing: taxes, service charges, minimum guarantees, music curfew, outside-vendor fees.
  • Keep a shared tracker of guests, rooms and arrivals. Families split across countries need one source of truth.

Getting overseas guests to Udaipur

Udaipur's Maharana Pratap Airport (UDR) handles domestic flights only. Overseas guests usually land in Delhi or Mumbai and take a 75–105 minute connection. This winter, Udaipur has direct flights to Delhi, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Noida / Jewar, Jaipur, Bengaluru, Hyderabad. Flights stop by early evening, so plan arrivals for daytime and allow buffer time between the international and domestic legs. See our airport guide for transfer times to each venue area.

Budget and payments

  • Quotes are in INR and usually exclude GST, so add 5–18% depending on the item (our calculator does this).
  • Venues typically take a booking advance, with milestone payments before the date. Confirm cancellation and date-change terms.
  • Budget for exchange-rate movement if you're paying from abroad over many months.
